Do you ship worldwide?

We offer shipping options to all countries.

What shipping methods are available?

The prints are shipped from France with Colissimo or TNT, a tracking number will be provided to you. For Africa the prints are shipped from Tunisia with FEDEX or UPS.

What is an art print?

Art prints involve the use of acid-free art papers and pigment inks. This combination guarantees quality, finesse and fidelity of the renderings as well as long-term conservation of more than 60 years. These papers are intended for exhibitions, art galleries or decoration.

Do you offer framing options for prints?

The options offered are prints laminated on Alu Dibond and Dibond framing on American Box.

What materials can I order a print on?

We use Hahnemühle and Canson Infinity papers to achieve the highest quality artistic prints. Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper is handmade, acid-free, making it ideal for fine art publishing. Canson Infinity offers high quality, aging-resistant supports specially designed for Fine Art printing

All our prints are glued on Alu Dibond in High Definition to offer you a very high quality result. The color density and contrasts are very close to a print on matte paper. The surface of Aluminum Dibond boards is smooth and completely flat. No roughness is present.

You can add an American Case to your prints in the color of your choice.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Production of the print may take 4-6 days. From the moment the print is ready to ship, delivery within France may take up to 1-2 days and 4-6 business days for the rest of the world.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks, please send us an email: salah.zribi@neuf.fr and we will do our best to provide you with an answer. If your order is missing because you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be charged for redelivery.

Do you offer custom sizes for prints?

If the size you want for your print is not offered in our store, please contact us by email to obtain a quote for the desired size: salah.zribi@neuf.fr
